Welcome to Frisco Music Center! We're thrilled to have you as a customer. Whether you're shopping in-store, on our website at www.friscomusiccenter.com, or using our mobile app, we want your experience to be seamless. When we mention “we,” “our,” or “us,” we’re talking about Frisco Music Center Stores.
These Purchase Terms cover all purchases with us, unless we have a separate written agreement. They apply to in-store, online, and app purchases. For simplicity, we’ll refer to our website, app, and any other online presence as the “Site.”
You can't change these terms by using other documents. Any attempt to alter these terms or place an order with different conditions won’t be valid unless we both agree in writing.
Order Acceptance
We’re excited to receive your order, whether it’s online, over the phone, or in-store. However, your order isn’t final until we accept it. Payment must be processed first. We’ll confirm your order by email and then ship your items, or process your payment in-store and hand you your purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Pricing Details
Prices, product descriptions, and availability can change quickly. While we strive for accuracy, we can't guarantee everything will always be correct. If a product doesn't match its description, you can return it unused for a refund.
Prices can change, especially during sales and promotions. Placing items in your cart doesn't lock in the price; only placing an order does. In the event of a pricing error, we will:

Your satisfaction is important to us, so if there's an error, you can return your purchase following our Return Policy. Discounts are limited-time offers and can’t be combined with other promotions.
Payment Options
You can pay for online orders with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Frisco Music Center gift cards. Orders can also be placed by calling us at 1-469-287-5774. Non-credit card online or phone orders may be held for 10 business days.
Warranty Information

We don't provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers, except for our optional Frisco Music Center Pro Coverage.
Repair Services
We aim to make repairs hassle-free. We offer repairs in-store, through outside service centers, or by referring you to a local independent service center. We’re not responsible for loss or damage to your items unless it’s our fault. You're responsible for all repair costs, including shipping, parts, labor, taxes, and handling fees. Items not picked up within 90 days after we notify you of completed repairs will be considered abandoned.
Legal Compliance
By shopping with us, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or export.
Governing Law
These Purchase Terms are governed by federal law and the laws of the State of Texas.
